GGW Gruber is a family business that has existed for more than seven decades. It was therefore important to the client to communicate this long-standing family tradition in videos and wanted to increase their presence in social networks. Another important aspect was to increase trust in the company.

At the beginning there was a goal definition together with the client, a definition of the relevant target groups for the individual channels, as well as brainstorming for content, structure and approach. In the course of a workshop, an editorial plan and a strategy for a targeted continuation of social media activities were then drawn up. The texts for the contributions were edited and, in coordination with the client, published on the various channels. Paid ads were created, evaluated and analyzed. The ongoing monitoring of the channels and recommendations for action were also part of the joint project.

As part of the support, a concept for the video shoot was created together with the customer and a professional 2-person camera team was made available for the shoot. The shooting was expertly accompanied on site and professionally photographed. The result of the day of shooting were six short videos, four of which were interviews, as well as two videos explaining complex technical processes. A best-of video was also created from the overall material, which will be used as an image video for trade fairs.
